Shipping Policy

Orders confirmed and paid before 3:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are queued for same-day processing when the part is on hand. Oversized engines, transmissions and body shells usually ship freight (LTL) on a pallet.

Service area

We ship to addresses in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently publish rates for U.S. territories, APO/FPO or international destinations. Ask the desk before paying if you need one of those.

Cost and timing

Shipping is quoted before payment and appears as a separate line on the receipt. Transit after pickup is commonly 2–6 business days. Rural freight, lift-gate, inside delivery and residential appointments add time and cost. You are responsible for being present for freight appointments and for noting visible damage on the carrier’s bill of lading before signing.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass when we tender the goods to the carrier, except where California or federal law requires otherwise on consumer sales. Report concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the part, packaging and label.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

Refused freight that is not damaged may be subject to return freight, restocking and a core-handling fee. Update your ship-to address before the label is cut.
