Warranty

Nationwide Auto Parts sells three grades. Standard coverage, unless a written quote says otherwise:

• Quality used mechanical assemblies (engines, transmissions, transfer cases, axles): 30 to 90 days parts-only standard term, stated on the invoice. Labor is not included unless expressly written.
• OEM / genuine new: manufacturer’s remaining or published warranty, transferred when the brand allows.
• New aftermarket: supplier warranty as printed on the packing list, commonly 12 months parts-only.
• Body, lighting and cosmetic parts: inspected for shipping damage on arrival. Fitment issues must be reported before installation and painting.

What voids coverage

Overheating, lack of break-in oil and filters on engines, missing sensors at install, tuning beyond OE calibration, salvage-title misuse not disclosed, or damage after delivery. Cores must be returned complete and in rebuildable condition when a core charge applies.

How to make a claim

Call +1 800 505 9906 or email info@nationwideautopart.com with the order number, photos, and a description of the complaint before removing the part a second time when possible. We may require a diagnostic summary from a licensed shop.

This warranty is the exclusive remedy to the maximum extent permitted by California and federal law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; those limits may not apply to you.
