Used assemblies are unique. A quote is an offer that expires as stated (default 24 hours) and is subject to prior sale, inspection and VIN interchange. Prices exclude tax, core charges and freight unless listed.
You are responsible for providing an accurate VIN and vehicle description. We verify interchange using the data you give us. We are not liable for parts ordered against the wrong VIN or an incomplete description.
We accept major U.S. credit and debit cards and ACH through a PCI-DSS compliant merchant processor. Charging a card you are not authorized to use is prohibited. Orders may be delayed for AVS/CVV mismatches or fraud review. Sales tax is collected where the law requires, including applicable California destination or origin rules.
A refundable core charge may appear on the invoice. Cores must be returned complete, drained as instructed, and rebuildable within the stated window or the charge is kept.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that part. We are not liable for lost profits, shop labor (unless a written warranty says so), towing, rental cars or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limits.
Do not use this site to commit fraud, scrape inventory, or order parts for export in violation of U.S. law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not required to be arbitrated is the state or federal courts serving Orange County, California. The Federal Arbitration Act may apply if both parties later agree in writing to arbitrate a specific dispute.
